At Southdown Shores Community Association, we strive to create a welcoming community that promotes diversity, inclusivity, and respect for all. Our mission is to provide a space where members can connect, learn, and grow together.

 Southdown Shores is a single family home community developed mostly during the 1960's, located in Edgewater Maryland.

The community is bordered at the north by the line defined  by Lees Lane, Stepney Lane, Calhoun Street,  Mulberry Street,  and Southdown Road. The southern limit is the homes on Stewart Drive,  Hazelwood road defines the eastern side, and  Beards Creek the west. 

We offer a variety of activities and events for our members, including volunteer opportunities, social gatherings, and community workshops. Our goal is to provide something for everyone and create a sense of belonging for all. Southdown Pool is a separate amenity within the community, that is open to the general public.
